Christian J. Fischer learned that lesson from his grandmother. It became a standard for how he led people, built businesses, and approached the work that followed: valuable experience should be shared, not silently carried.
At 19, a devastating injury and coma made clear how quickly a life can change. Decades of leadership, restaurant concepts built from the ground up, an acquisition, and a 2024 health crisis made the lesson practical: execution disappears with the person.
